The Rural Support Service of Latvia (RSS) is a state direct administration institution responsible for the unified implementation of state and European Union (EU) support policy in Latvia. RSS monitors the observance of regulatory acts in the field of agriculture and performs other functions related to the implementation of agricultural and rural support policy.
