EAS has been updated with information section about clients. Virtual Assistant also provides answers

Rural Support Service of Latvia (RSS) has made changes to the Electronic Application System (EAS) to improve the information available to customers.

Now EAS has expanded section that summarizes information about specific client. New information for clients is currently available in the following sections: "Basic information" / "Financial data" / "Area data" / "Animal data".

As of December 7, the Virtual Assistant IEVA has started working in EAS. Assistant provides main information about the usage of system, as well as informs about current events and available support measures. Until now, IEVA provided answers to most frequently asked questions in RSS website www.lad.gov.lv.
